The Expo is for any pet based business, whether you are a pet groomer, dog walker, trainer, pet store or vet physio it is aimed at helping everyone. If you want to be armed with strategies and ideas to take you to the next level its for you.

Tickets are non refundable unless in the unlikely event the Expo is cancelled due to extreme weather for example. However you do have a couple of options:

1. You can switch to an online ticket as the event is being live streamed and watch it back for 12 months.
2. You can sell or gift your ticket to someone else, just let us know the name change which is free of charge.

Most of the speakers will be around the whole day and you will also have a chance to fire some questions at them at the end of the day in the panel Q&A.

Yes, all the speakers will be recorded and you will have access through a portal to watch them back as many times as you like for 12 months with no extra charge.

• Train - Birmingham New Street Station is just a 15 minute walk away from the venue. Moor Street & Snow Hill are also ten minutes away.
• Airport - Birmingham Airport is only 9 miles away from the venue.
• Car – The venue does benefit from the Millennium Point Multi-Storey Car Park (B4 7AP) which is located just across the road from The Eastside Rooms.
